meet the artist

Hi! My name is Kori Rusley. I’m a 23-year-old art student at Park University. I’m working towards my Bachelor’s in Graphic Design with a minor in Digital Marketing.

While graphic design is the end goal of my degree path, I’ve been creating since I was able to pick up a crayon. Since then, I’ve explored my abilities over many mediums including photography, three-dimensional sculptures, and digital work while also staying true to my roots, pencil and paper sketching.

Throughout my projects at school as well as anything else I create, for myself as well as others, my goal is to tell a story. My mom has always preached to me that art isn’t everyone’s thing. It’s not a talent everyone is born with.

So for those where art isn’t their strength, that’s where I come in, turning sketches and brainstorms and visions into reality.
